This page documents how users opt in to SMS communications from CPA Analytics. It is provided publicly so that mobile carriers, Twilio reviewers, and prospective users can verify our call-to-action (CTA) and consent flow without creating an account.
SMS opt-in happens during account registration at https://app.casivo.app/register. The registration form includes an optional mobile phone number field and a separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. A user can complete registration without entering a phone number and without checking the SMS consent box. Consent is collected only when the user explicitly checks the box.
Users who opt in may receive any of the following account-related text messages:
These messages are transactional and tied to specific account activity. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS to consenting users.
Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Opt-out takes effect immediately for the responding phone number; no further SMS will be sent to that number until the user re-enrolls. Users can also disable SMS from their profile inside the application.
Users may request assistance by replying HELP to any message. They will receive a brief reply with our support contact information.
Message frequency varies based on the user's account activity and the events that trigger notifications. Message and data rates may apply per the user's mobile carrier.
SMS consent is recorded with a timestamp, the user's IP address at the time of consent, and the version of the consent text the user agreed to. This audit record is retained for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy compliance reviews. SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
